After finding out that he is basically at the poverty line I am not sure how to kick him out of social circle and go NC. They say you are a combination of the people you surround yourself with, so we can't be associating with 30K millionaires.

I didn't read the entire thread but did anyone mention the fact you could land a 747 on OP's forehead come into play here?

I have been on the other end years ago OP. A couple friends in the group were like you and wanted to basically exclude myself and one other guy because we couldn't spend the money they spent. The rest of the friends didn't exactly defend us so I just stopped being included. Feels horrible bruh. Luckily I make good money now but will never deal with guys like that again.

I will give you this though: it's a double-edged sword. You don't really want to exclude anyone because of their finances but do you want to stop doing certain things because one or two guys can't afford it? Crappy on all fronts.
