Keep some stun grenades if make it to late game. Got rushed by a guy and threw one right at him easily, being able to free look behind cover lulz. Chit is really effective even outdoors.

And if I see any possibly being used cars at a house and im in a car myself, I like to blow out the tires so they get fuked lol if circle is really far.

edit- fuakkkkk got a "host closed connection" on a game with 3 kills, lvl 3 everything, ar/supp/4x, kar/cheekpad/4x, 6 firstaid, 1 med, 10+ stims ffs...

100% I am sure you will love this game. If you don't then I dunno what to say man. I still love it despite the crashes I get during in game. Doesn't take long to get back into one either.

Anyone gotten a chicken dinner without at least a 4x scope?

Top 10 seems to just be a snipefest because the final circle never lands on a building.

People are getting really good at sniping in this game...
My whole squad got cucked by the same guy north of Rozhok. We were about 200-300m out, and he would head shot anyone that would peak... fishy af...

Yeah I got lucky once like that. No one in my squad got a 4x all game and we were all like that's it were ****ed at the end game... Then it ended dead smack in in a tight group of building a near the big city. Ended up winning. Would have been screwed if it was in a field

Whats yall preferred AR?

Preferred the Scar + vertical grip since I figured it makes it the most stable setup but one game yesterday I was able to kill a couple ppl with AKM/reddot from atleast 100m+ so the higher damage might make up more for the slightly less stability.

I actually like the m16a4 with a 4x for the ideal setup. I feel like the recoil is easy to tap quickly at long range.

I usually go for akm + m16a4. Akm is a monster at mid-close range

M16 seems to be the best performing gun once you get a 4x. I like the SCAR if I do not have a scope.

But I ****in hate how video games do iron sights, most guns (not the SCAR) you end up getting gun blocking most of your screen, and an impossibly small circle to line your target up with. It's like the developers have never shot a gun before. I usually just hold down right click to aim until I find a 4x or am using a SCAR.


Also, anyone notice how powerful the SCAR is? Not sure if it was a glitch or not, but I got 1 shot (head blown completely off) by a SCAR while wearing a level 3 helmet. Thought I'd at least have two.

It had to be a weird lag glitch then and he popped me in the head 3 times when I only saw/felt/heard one.

Late game I def tend to stick to using AR over any snipers just due to fire rate vs armor.

Many times myself Ive been hit by a sniper and taken to 1/4 1/5 life and am able to run to safety and first aid.

Once you get a silencer, it's game over boyos, it's legit OP but I don't mind it, part of the game.

The pump shotty is garbage but the over under is seriously underrated.

Just added another 8gb ram for a total of 16gb and it's like a whole new game brahs. I have average budget pc build. i5, 16gb, raedon R9 290. I can now put textures in high, others on medium and still get 90+ fps in forest 55+65 in cities. If I put textures on ultra I can get a solid 35-40 fps in cities.

It's butter smooth now, no more lagging when opening inventory, houses render a ton faster, little to no stuttering. Might start over clocking everything but I'm a tard with computers.

This game suffers from severe desync problems, you probably got shot a few times but only showed the one hit.

So many second place finishes in squads tonight. I've been experiencing more frequent glitches lately. Couldn't use any meds in the top 20 one round in squads. Was legit tilted. I love landing in Rozhok and ripping the squad that tries to take the car to georgepol. Feels so good to fkin ruin their plan > : )

This game is so fun. Had a couple top 10 finishes but never above 7 I think in solo play. Besides the performance issues it's really good. I'm getting a weird thing now where the sound stutters no matter what. It went away after about half an hour yesterday so I am not sure what it is. Do you all like to start in the middle or stay around the outside?

WHy the **** does my mic not work anymore in game? Works fine for discord and ive tried all the fukin settings possible in the game menu, not even playing cause of this fukin ****

I like to work the outside of the circle. 90% of the time i go to Primerisk or whatever its called down southwest. Then can either take a boat or vehicle to the circle..Will keep the vehicle close by for the next circle or two if needed. Once its 40 people or less im on foot on the edge of the circle so there's an entire direction i dont have to be worried about.

I rolled with a premade squad of guys who said they were like top 250 in squads and their strat was to isolated loot then head straight to the circle and camp. Def takes away having to always run for circles like the summit edges strat but we got pinched in at one point.

Might be my fav new game. Never played one like this (ark and the forest, but not pvp). First game got popped quick, second game I was in a factory and saw a guy coming up the stairs, so I went around the corner where I thought he was going and I prob scared the chit out of him, got him in 2 shots. Intense as fuk.

Its definitely easier to see a moving target so the camping works well, until you have to move.

Both methods have their advantages. I will say that do not be super afraid of the blue circle until after the 2nd move; I have caught a lot of suckers from behind because they thought nothing was out in the blue.

Same. On solos, id say more than 50% of my kills have been on targets by the edge and me completely getting the drop on them. No shots fired back.

Solos can be a b!tch tho, was geared up real nice esp with a crate drop and had a little skirmish with one guy, took him out after some maneuvering and next thing I know im dead from outta nowhere.

Need a squads team that iso-loots instead of dropping somewhere with 3-4 other full teams

It's funny how H1Z1 got more updates in the month following PUBG's release, than in like the entire 2 years of alpha or whatever. Heh.

Now I'm trying to decide which game to play since both are super fun, and have different pros and cons.

I think I prefer 5s on H1, but solo/duo on PUBG.

Playing Squads last night with you guys last night was kind of a clusterphuk lol. Maybe I just need more practice
