From my experience, white men only find black women attractive when they're exposed to them.

A white male who has been living around a 99% white neighborhood and is surrounded by all white environment all his life won't find them attractive.

If he moves to one of those countries in Africa and live there, he will find them attractive. This is why a lot of rich men from Western countries, white businessmen and diplomats who live there mostly have black wife/GF.

I is very very rare I see a black women I find attractive. Their body types, facial features (nose), cultural aspects to their behaviour and frequent propensity for looking/acting ghetto are all things that often turn me off.
