I dunno. We're probably close to that though. We got almost 5 inches on Saturday alone. Ohio River is up quite a bit and I'm sure with all the rain up stream, it'll end up flooding around here. Would be the second time this year it's been out of its banks.

Not bad. Did a nice HIIT session followed by a quick iso-lateral push/pull session. Trying a micro cut this week so I'm a bit lighter at my corporate challenge, so pullups are a bit easier.

I'm a macro counter so I tend to eat the same meal during the week and it's never that awesome, but also not bad by any means. But come the weekend(I count weekly macros, not daily), I'll get ice cream and such and that's always my favorite when cutting. Otherwise, chicken and veggies are my life.


When getting home from a trip do you unpack immediately or lay the luggage to the side and pull from it as you need until nothing is left in it?
