a series of short tasks over a relatively longer period of time is life. altruistic light moves under the cover of your own darkness.. find this inner torch bearer and accompany them to the end. we all walk together, but we all walk alone. there is no understanding or purpose beyond that

Today i am grateful for..

Spending some needed time with the wife this weekend.

A good trading day. Recognized I was not in the right mindset and stayed away, but still got screen time in.

My daily veggie smoothie that helps me chit like a goddamn elephant every morning.

I'm grateful for...

[ul]
  • getting a lot done at the house, even though we're not living in it yet.

  • getting some new furniture for the living room.

  • only one glass being broken from the move.

  • both of the boys loving basketball. It's so much fun to watch them play, especially because they're kinda good.

  • getting to listen to some old school 70/80's jams at work today. Made the busy day fly by.

  • having some bomb ass chili to eat for lunch.

  • taking a day out of the gym to recover from the weekend of moving boxes/furniture.

If today is the last day of my life, I think I will be grateful for all these.

    1) Thankful to my son. My son had hearing loss and teeth cavity in 2017. But he is fully recovered in 2018. He still coughs and I hope one day his coughing will go away too. But overall I am very thankful that he has been healthy. He grows quite tall too, which makes me quite happy.

    2) Stable Finance. I am really thankful that my finance allows me to pay for son's clothes, food and education.

    3) My parents. I am very thankful for both of my parents. In Jan 2018, my mom was in ICU. I am thankful that Both my dad and mom are healthy now.

    4) God. I am thankful that God loves and blesses me. I am thankful that God protects me and my son. I wish God can guide me to be a wise person, a better mother, a more selfless person.
