Mirin physique. You're the one who said you get up at 4am and trains twice a day? Here I am at 5:45 (way early for me, usually 7:30) and no way am I training. Not a morning person. Train 9pm at night.

Well look at it this way Bobby it seems 99% of the guys in this thread have never gone to a lab to get checked.

Their only experience is a bunch of people on forums guessing.

So they get a sort of confirmation bias.

It's the same as bro science. I also think many people here have some body dysmorphia where they see themselves worse than they are.

Easy way to solve this Leo, get tested and post results. If you're 18-19% like you say I'm 5%.

The chit that you post about training and dieting combined with the delusions about your physique are ridiculous. That's why you catch chit about your body from everyone here.

You're a nice enough guy, and friendly with everyone but man, take a step back and be honest with yourself.

Well I have always said my basis for training is not in aesthetic bodybuilding.

That I admit but everytime I ask a question nobody wants to help so I stumble around in the dark.

My early lifting was all for football and to try to get to the nfl. Nobody cares what your body looks like it's all about strength, explosiveness and speed.

So while I was big and had huge lifts I didn't look anything like a bodybuilder.

Again I ask for help on the aesthetic side of the equation but most people here want to keep others down it seems.

But yes I really have been dunked. I have been pinched. The results I posted are mine. So I don't think I am delusional based on that.

Am I anywhere near where I'd like to be? No. That's why I'm on a cut.

I haven't been able to get close to where I was when I was 40 for some reason and I wasn't close to where I ultimately would like to be.

I don't know why things aren't working for me.

That's why I'm getting tested again because if I go into February with no change I am going to the Doctor to try and figure out what's wrong.

Her issue is that she isn't attracted to men her age.

The advice is probably lower your standards which doesn't work. You can't just lower your standards.

But I will glance at it later.

The scale isn't moving but I'm hoping it's because I have been training my atrophied legs. I've put 40lbs on my workout load on squats in 4 sessions.

Start of cut sucked in.

Today relaxed

Sucked in

So as you can see not a lot of difference. Only 7 pounds on 1800 cals per day.

As I stated in this thread if I do test at 25+ then I am going to be really depressed it will mean every goal I have for the year is impossible.

But I've never tested higher than 22 I think and that's usually after a long layoff.

But like I said I will have an answer soon.

Lol yes it's like I'm two different people.

I have extremely narrow hips.

So much so that when I was playing some stupid bish screamed you're deformed while I was playing shirtless basketball with some guys on the basketball team.

I was 220 and 15% at the time.

They looked at her and said what the hell are you talking about he just has tiny hips and huge up top.

I always hated that chick.

Hold on I'll look up the numbers.
