As we get further from the illegal spying on trump, and we get more people on the record, we get more cracks in the story.

How anyone can believe that this surveillance was legit is laughable at this point.

I don't think Trump is like some sort of Manchurian candidate or some sort of agent of Putin, but I suspect he is being manipulated by Putin/Russia some fashion whether by kompromat, or by just simple loans in the past, or some combination of loans and direct financial dealings.

Trump's behavior is very strange and hard to explain, and it's not like this is some one-off event. He keeps doing strange stuff specifically as it relates to Russia.

It’s simple— mueller is a continuation of the counterintelligence investigation. They had 4 fisas (Page, Flynn, manafort, papadapolus). Considering the 2 hip rule, ability to go back in time, etc... mueller had EVERYONEs communications. He didn’t need to present probable cause to a jury for communications, he was handed it from the start (based on fisa abuse, might I add).

Comey is allowed to lie through his teeth 100s of times saying he doesn’t remember, but team mueller can grill people for hours on hours about details of years old emails and conversations. Get any details wrong? Lying to the fbi charge. They used whatever leverage they could to get people to compose— financial ruin, legal ruin, etc. so far, it looks like Cohen, with his “trump committed campaign fraud to influence the election!!” Garbage is the only composing that has taken place. Most everyone else had principles and refused to lie for a reduced charge, etc. many theorize they threatened cohens family with charges, so he bent the knee.

But also consider what we know from vault 7.. they have technology to make any communication look like it came from anywhere. Think that doesn’t happen in real life?
It's very simple. If you don't want the FBI breathing down your neck, don't talk to Russian agents, and if you happen to talk to Russian agents and the FBI asks you about it, don't lie about it.

No.
Don’t you think they would have moved MUCH quicker, so trump wouldn’t have had 2 SC nominations, and the amount of time he’s had to influence US and world politics?
No.
If mueller had the goods on trump and Russia, and you try to reconcile the above, you’d have to consider mueller a coconspirator at this point with how he let trump get away for as long as he has.
Mueller is just an investigator following the logic of the law, the logic of the facts, and a set of guidelines.
Sure, the report will be written to maximize political damage, but that’s been a given since the origins of the case was discovered. But a dem led house pushing for impeachment over nothing is just part of the game to influence 2020 and will not get trump out of office. The sooner you are honest with yourself, the better.
I guess we'll find out.

This is purely speculation and opinion.

Any abnormal behavior toward Russia, as you put it, could be easily explained by the fact that he knows that Russia didn’t hack the dnc, and that the intelligence community illegally spied on his campaign. With such knowledge, he might not take a strong as a negative approach toward Russia, and he would be very vocal against the intelligence apparatus...

I love how you have such a rosy view of mueller and the others... until they trump up, in which case you no longer discuss then.

Remember when Glenn Simpson of fusion gps was your hero when his transcript was leaked by Feinstein so that coconspirators could coordinate stories? You lapped up every word as gospel... until we realized from released texts that it was all bs. When called back to testify, he pled the fifth.

The blind faith you have regarding anything anti-trump, and the instant rejection of anything (fact based mind you) that could be seen as protrump and anti-IC means you are at best a political hack, but most likely a shill or troll.

If having an illegal mail server hosted in your home, violating policy and deleting 30,000 emails, and then bleach bitting the server before the FBI can investigate it is not worthy of indictment, then surely no reasonable prosecutor would even sniff this.

Remember when George W Bush used an illegal email with the address gwb43.com?Bush tried to delete over 22,000,000 emails to cover up his crime.Do you remember all the indictments?Me neither.

How long do you think it took America's enemies to figure out Bush's email address. How many thousands of American soldiers died because Osama Bin Laden,Al Qaeda,The Mujahideen, and Saddam Hussein figured out gwb43.com belonged to George Bush?

Remember the Republicans demanding one inquiry after another?Me neither.

It's not speculation and opinion.

It's a conclusion which is now based on well established facts.

There is now a lot of publicly available evidence, corroborated from multiple sources, which indicates Trump sold real estate to Russian oligarchs, the sum exceeding approximately $100 million, if not more, in approximately the past decade or so, and that doesn't include all the numerous offshore LLCs.

We now know Trump continued to negotiate a deal with the Russian government to build a Trump branded property in Moscow while he was winning the GOP nomination and lied about it to the American people, repeatedly, continually for over two years after the deal was dropped.

There is also some indication Russia may have loaned Trump money, although this information is less solid.

The public record also reveals Trump sought to build in Russia for a very long time, spanning back to the late 1980s, and repeatedly sought to do business there.
Any abnormal behavior toward Russia, as you put it, could be easily explained by the fact that he knows that Russia didn’t hack the dnc
Well, what about the Mueller indictment of the Internet Research Agency?
and that the intelligence community illegally spied on his campaign.
Why would that impact his foreign policy with regard to Russia?
With such knowledge, he might not take a strong as a negative approach toward Russia, and he would be very vocal against the intelligence apparatus...
So why is Trump meeting in secret with Putin and hiding his meeting notes?

Well, what about the Mueller indictment of the Internet Research Agency?

Why would that impact his foreign policy with regard to Russia?

So why is Trump meeting in secret with Putin and hiding his meeting notes?
Remember when the Clinton foundation accepted multimillion dollar donations from foreign governments, some of which was during her time as Secretary of State? Remember how those donations all dried up when her political influence disappeared?

But you are worried about an international businessman doing business prior to being in any position of political power?

I’m still not sure why I waste my time with you. You’ve made up your mind and no facts or logic can possibly sway that.
