You can see the truck driver get out the truck and collapse on the grass to the left as the camera car pulls up on scene.

Most people if white and or rich can get easily out of the first and second dUIs for no more than 20,000$ and some light probhation

I daily ride that freeway accidnet occured about 10min from my house

Pretty sure they got decapitated, saw a blown up/enhanced shot of the body from that dash cam and the head is missing. Could've had a piece of plastic/metal laying over it but didn't look like it, looked mostly gone..... so at least it was a quick passing
