Male aesthetics have never been more important. Balding can actually effect your career adversely with how people perceive you. It can certainly lower your value on the dating market. Depression is also a fallout of this and can be to a severe degree.
Is any of this fair...no, but when there are means to restore hair and prolong a youthful appearance then fuking do it if it bothers you.
IMO that dude is just coping each day with his bald ass head. No reason to jump on every thread that ever discussed this topic but he always did. Strong insecurity and projection.

1. Vitamin C serum
2. Hyaluronic acid lotion
3. Sunscreen
And then at nights substitute a pm moisturizer for the sunscreen.
Honestly if you just stick to that you'll prevent most skin aging. Now in terms of correction (blemishes, acne, clogged pores), you can apply a daily bha/aha acid (at night). I've moved beyond that - every couple of weeks I apply a chemical peel (super strong acid to the face for about 10 minutes that legit burns the entire time its on). Gives great results though.

don't know if this has been answered before, but how come you didn't run out of donor area from the back, or did they use body hair in the latest transplants?
also, how many grafts in total till now?
