Why do liberals always side with the violent criminals?

I am sure you can't shoot unarmed criminals that are running away, but, if 3 people are threatening you from more than 21 feet away, and one pulls a gun and starts shooting, do you think you can legally shoot all 3 of them, or only the one with the gun?
If one of them had killed the homeowner, or if a cop had killed one of them, the living ones would have been charged with his murder. They signed up for the dumb sht, they are all in it together.

Generally speaking liberal types do not like anything that resembles personal responsibility, which includes responsibility/repercussions for your actions...even criminal actions.

100% he is not a paid cop.

I've made numerous bet/offers to him to prove it and he has refused everytime.

Clearly frauding, should be banned IMO for profession frauding lol.

So no chance they’re running to get behind cover intending to open fire once they do?

Absolutely. You can't be expected to know that two of them showed up unarmed. I would absolutely assume that if one of the trio that came to my house to rob me was armed that the other two are armed as well.

why don’t you ask Dave to prove he’s a cop? I do love that it infuriates you that I don’t go out of my way to prove my job to a random stranger online. LOVE.

If my job saw my post history I wouldn’t get in trouble. Dave goes no avi and completely anonymous Bc he KNOWS he would be fired for his post.

The old guy that killed two illegals in Texas? Granted it was Texas so I think he got off but most states he'd be in jail. Texas is one of the few if not only one you can use deadly force to defend property.

I/we were talking about armed intruders invading your own home, and you post about somebody going to their neighbor's unoccupied house? AND the shooter was cleared? c'mon

When you are at the other person's home, how many feet away from them you are is kind of not a major factor

"When you are at the other person's home". This would include confronting the resident in their own yard. When I am in my yard, I consider myself at my home.

Besides, your real world example was a guy going over to his neighbors yard, and not being charged with a crime, so...got any real world examples to support your statement?

Actually they were in Horn's front yard when he confronted them, and he did have to appear before a grand jury. Texas law is pretty clear cut though that he can use deadly force to stop a burglary. I still don't see how you equate shooting two guys running away from you down a public street with shooting them in your home.

Beta O'Rourke would prefer those three residents get their brains blown out on their own lawn and their valuables swindled.

Horn went out to confront them because they were at the neighbors.

And he was not charged.

It's standard in many (most? all?) states for all homicides to go before a grand jury.

What are you even talking about? Where in the hell did I say anything about shooting two guys running away down a public street??
