He can not proof that he honourd his dutties, the business itself is a service website that I made, he has no right or name on it. What he did is basically customer service at the only mail that exists regarding this matter. We live together so we worked from home.

That deserves like 15-20% on his part. I don't know what kind of agreement you made. If you agreed that it's 50-50 for him only doing that, bad move. He should have been getting paid hourly minimum wage.

He was there at your lowest point, and it's clear you do appreciate that, but I get the vibe you appreciate it in a "best friend" type of way, and not a lover. The fact alone that you're willing to compromise the relationship with this decision should tell you all you need to know.

Least messy resolution is to split 50/50, and break up with him. If you try to pull more profit for yourself, that will crippled the relationship anyways plus you'll end up with him resenting you.
