The state legislature can decertify, and/or change the laws whenever they want, they dont need a courts permission. This is why lib pundits are ranting about the racist nazis taking over the election system

If the ballots should've been tossed, but instead were collected and filled in by poll workers favoring an opponent by a huge margin, with a coincidence of no panel oversight, that's questionable.

I don't know it just seems deliberate with intent?

You said you thought most of the time they were supposed to be tossed. I don't really know what you were trying to say there but the law says they are supposed to be reviewed and counted if intent can be discerned. Not tossed.

Yes, if no panel reviews, at least thats my understanding. In this case they were adjudicated without a panel. What will be really interesting is when the cyber ninjas get to GA and we find out how often Trump overvotes were tossed.

I'm sure there is a perfectly logical explanation for this. Just like the perfectly reasonable wiping of servers (with a cloth).
