Sadly even then it's a crap shoot. You may catch a woman at the gym when she is going through her 6 month gym obsession, then she goes back to getting fat and lazy.

Keep in mind almost all the women in the before pics in op, they put a lot of effort into their looks then decided after they got a boyfriend they didn't need to try any more. The same can happen with any woman. Just gotta keep your eyes open for clues she may get lazy.

Had a gf once who immediately stopped trying shortly after we started dating. After a couple months she started showing up looking like she just rolled out of bed. Once I broke things off with her she threw out her grandma sweaters, went clothes shopping and started putting effort into herself again. Sometimes you just can't help things....

Cuckvid and Quarantine did a number on these hoes, Pre Cuckvid there was a blonde HBB that i would always see at the gym. it would be a friday and saturday night and she'd be there i didn't shoot my shot cuz she came in with her cuck bf. But they broke up and then quarantine hit. i see her after 6 months and this bytch blew up 25lbs. Looked like a sack of potatoes legit is a 4.5-5/10 now. Gyms opened, then back to quarantine. vicious cycle

Anyways i see her at the gym now she goes almost 5-6 days a week with a friend. She does not look the same she did lose a bit of weight but the weight she gained and what not, the damage is done she is on to full on whale city in the next few years. now she has to keep up with boozin and eating out and its a hole that will be harder and harder to get out of.

Men have to go through constant backbreaking labor in the gym combined with a strict meal plan to get a decent physique. For women it's literally just don't gorge on food.
