Mortgage for that property with 20% down is $6100 plus average property tax of $1100 per month. So $7200 total before any utilities or maintenance costs. I guess there's lot of profit built into that.

I'm so flush with money these days that I started diverting my Lord of the Land profits into a construction plan. I can knock down one of my properties and build at least 8 nice units on that, and rent them out instantly. I have someone renting the property that exists there now, and I'll milk them for as long as I need to have the cash ready for a quick build, and all the contractors signed up too.

That build alone would put me on the "retirement is a number, not an age", but my rational hedonism seeks even more.

More plebs to milk for my dynasty wealth. LOL.

yeah but how often is that happening?

dont know anyone renting an entire hosue to themselves. its usually 2-4 peopel renting rooms/or levels. hella drama... things get ****ed up. lol if thinking owning a couple properties is making it. u aint making it until you own like 10-15+ properties and you not even envoled you make enough headway to ball out and pay everyone else to look after them. you just sit back and collect
