China has not shown any dramatic sign of ramping up its military power. Its rise doesn't need to lead to a war. We are the ones pushing for one. And we need to stop because a nationalistic militarized China is the most terrifying thing imaginable. Xi doesn't want it. We certainly shouldn't want it. And yet warmongers keep pushing us to war.

Something like 80% of the US considers China an enemy while only 50% of China considers us an enemy. That's sad. We are the problem.

Due to the size of China's economy and population, it is unwise to fight them. Rather, we should recognize them as a regional hegemon and leave it at that. We won't even win a cold war with them. They can outproduce us.

I do not know what he's upset about with his wife, tbh.
