There are literally thousands of pictures and films of people scaling the walls, breaking windows, stealing things, breaking things, breaking into offices, going through the capital in combat gear with zip ties looking for hostages, building a gallows outside, throwing a fire extinguisher at cops, etc., but it's been "exposed as a fraud" because Hannity got exclusive access to 41,000 hours of surveillance and found 5 minutes that looked normal? Gooby, pls.

This is all a political con game and what they want to have happen...divide and discourse....you guys are doing in spades.

Trump wanted this indictment. He wants his name in the headlines and social media buzzing about him to feed his narcissism. You guys are feeding into that.

Regardless of how you feel about Trump....this is NOT good for the country as a whole. Everything in the MSM and with our govt these days is to anger people on one side and boost people on the other. A divided people are not a country.

Trump is a narcissist and a cheater but this entire thing is a witch hunt meant to finally end his political career. And it will. He has no shot to ever be elected again and tbh that is a good thing. He had his chance from 2016 to 2018 to enact all of his policies and he failed because in the end he wanted to be liked/worshipped by everyone. So he placated and never followed through. He had his chance and blew it. At this point he is wayyyyyyyyy to toxic for the average moderate to vote for.

IMO this will only help the Rep party. With Trump running and stealing votes from DeSantis? That could only help whomever the Dems run in 2024. With Trump out of the way DeSantis will have a clear path to victory and hopefully he can restore some sanity and pride to this country.

You just described something that happened for 2-3 hours. Worst thing ever right?

And yet those same things happened but wayyyyyyyyyyy wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy worse in Portland for example at the city govt buildings by BLM and Antifa for months and months and yet I didn't see you or the MSM say a negative word about it.

Don't be a hypocrite.

And please for the love of Mats Wilander replace your 1985 Prince Pro oversize tennis racquet with something that is even just a little bit modern? Please???

Former US Attorney General Bill Barr said Friday that the indictment against Donald Trump is “pathetically weak” and a “political hit job.”

Speaking at a National Review Institute Ideas Summit in Washington, D.C., Barr – who served as Attorney General under Trump from 2019 through 2020 – said it was “the archetypal abuse of the prosecutorial function to engage in a political hit job…legally, it's a pathetically weak case."

Trump, 76, was indicted by the Manhattan DA on Thursday evening on multiple counts of fraud reportedly stemming from a hush money payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels.

"It's a very weak case just on the misdemeanor. And on the federal issue, they've gotten the statute completely wrong in my mind,” Barr continued.

Barr also noted that he does not believe the $130,000 payout to Daniels’ was actually “hush money.”

"[The payment] wasn't done because of the election; it was done to protect Trump's reputation,” he reasoned.
There's no way Barr or anyone else for that matter believes the payment wasn't done because of the election.

Trump is a married man, a public figure, a business owner ... you don't think he would have made the paymentregardless of the election? You don't think he would have made the payment to protect his marriage, his public name, his business' rep?

The way the campaign finance laws work, an expense isnot a campaign expenditure if the expense exists irrespective of the campaign. If Trump would have made the payment regardless of the campaign (as he would have), then it's not a campaign expenditure

Example: Paying for picket signs, campaign ads, campaign staff, polling is considered campaign expenditure because you objectively wouldn't pay for those things outside of an election. But let's say you buy a $5k suit just before a debate because you want to look good for voters on TV. You technically bought the suit to influence the election, but it's not considered a campaign expenditure because you would have bought clothes regardless of the election

Meanwhile his name will be back in the headlines which he loves.....and he will have raised $50 M in campaign donations....which he loves even more.

And libs were rejoicing over this lol. That goes to show you the IQ level of those people.

They think it's going to be some grand spectacle, broadcast on every major channel like the OJ trial when in reality, like I said, if it doesn't get thrown out, Trump will settle behind closed doors and get some sort of slap on the wrist and that accomplishes two things.

1.Trump saves face because the man is an egotistical narcissist so he can spin it however he wants and get his brainless group of supporters riled up and throwing money at him.

2. It placates the far left because they get this bone thrown to them, the media will keep that flame going and they think "Yeah!!! We got the bastard! Justice prevailed!" when in actuality they got played just like Trump's supporters.

It's one big club, and we aren't in it.
