Telling the misc you would reveal the transcript if someone covers the cost, and then turning around and saying you dont have to show it everyone, only the person who paid, is moving goal posts. On top of then saying that only a specific list of people have to pay (most people who you know wouldn't bother) for it to be revealed. LL even said that he didn't even bother going through his email to check if you had even sent your supposed transcript to him.
