But she's a junior so she isn't 15 years old. Juniors are 16-17. Within the laws of age of consent.

She looks older than she is. He's only 21. It's not like he's 25+ with this age range.

What? That's exactly what the age of consent means.

Close age laws are for when for when both aren't both aren't above the age of consent. A 17 year old who is legal wouldn't get in trouble for dating a 14 year and so on.
