OP i think you are the kind of person who burns out quickly because you set goals that are too hard to accomplish.

the key is to set small goals which are achievable. start by getting some easy wins, which will improve your confidence, and then gradually increase the level of difficulty.

you don't even need to do any walking to lose weight. just focus on improving your diet first. then set a small goal, such as walking for 30 minutes a day for one week. if you accomplish that, then increase it to one hour of walking a day, do that for a while, and so on.

Omad is very difficult. Try 2mad.
At lunch i do my oatmeal. Then at 18:00-19:00 like a 5lb meal.

Oatmeal is the hack because it has 2 types of fiber. Both keep hunger at bay and drop LDL cholesterol

Ive done this so that i eat something else instead of the oatmeal, and i get big food cravins in 2-3hrs again. So thats why oatmeal

I eat it cold too. No salt no sugar. Just 200grams instant oats in water, mixed in with cocoa whey 80. Fridge 30mins and its done.

I feel it takes a big person to admit their faults and shortcomings, and I have to say:

I am an emotional eater, virtually everyone who is overweight is, but I openly admit it.

I had a "supper" consisting of a steak and a box of kraft dinner and I enjoyed it immensely, almost immediately after finishing I felt waves of guilt because I knew I was over my calories for the day once again, some will gaslight me IRL and say "you're not fat" and I feel they say it because they're more overweight than me and admitting to me that I'm overweight what would they be saying about themselves? I have little time for people's BS anymore, unfortunately I have to exist in the same world as other people.

People assume I have no goals in life, I really think its because I'm NEET, they try to give me "advice" and tell me "make small goals for yourself", as if I have no goals.
My mother wants me to paint rooms for her in exchange for a nigger's wage of 10.00 an hour, I'd rather just sit home and smoke because thats an insult.

He's actually very well spoken and brings up struggles that many people who are trying to better themselves face daily. Not sure why people have such a problem with it.
