What was the alternative? What was it? She ran up attacked him. "Restrain" as if the girl will not keep coming back when she came to his ****ing house to confront him and try to fight him. You even see before she even got slammed her dog ass friend runs up to try to do something to him. If she has that much animosity she needs to learn to box so she gets her scary ass beat by other girls.

Guy did not lay a single fist or anything on her. He ended it instantly by slamming. This would be one thing if he started beat the hell out of her, he literally did a simple hip toss. Unfortunate she caught a seizure, but pretty much her own fault for instigating something. Even the police agree because she's an idiot. He should of pressed charges so she feels like even more utter ****. Stop FIGHTING PEOPLE and that would not be a problem.

Sh!t hits the fan in a fight. She wanted to fight, she was looking for a fight, she got one and just because she was on the losing end doesn't mean he crossed any sort of arbitary line. She crossed the line when she resorted to physical violence.

Im saying he could be prosecuted and i bet shed win

But only for the injuries.

Lets see.. grab her by her hands and hold her around
Walk her to the grass where you could prob slam her
Or move the fight over there (this wouldnt work with a dude but lol if the guy doesnt have enough power to do that)
Push her

In your defense you said "slamming her was only way of stopping her" why would it be? Why wouldnt she just get up and continue after that? This is where it would be easy to prove maliciousness

He should have to somewhat pay for the bills for causing damage when it could have been avoided

If brock lesnar had an alternative other than slamming a dude or breaking his neck id say the same chit

Bet shed win bruh

If you read the thread i never said i think the girl is right

I think the dude is wrong for choosing to slam a head on concrete

Again, it went less about self defense to inflicting injury when he could have subdued her a million different ways

Thinking a girl will jump off the balcony prob doesnt cross your mind. That is a slim azz chance of happening

But even if HE did subdue her.. chit would get muddy real quick. Unless he had cameras it becomes he said vs. She said

You guys have no idea how strict the law is. My gma is a lawyer. A naval officer in the navy for 20 years got busted for assualt/ battery for touching his ex-wife on the shoulder

Lol I come from a full family of attorneys and even have my gf sitting right next to me reading all this who happens to be a criminal defense attorney. But cool your grandma is an attorney so must be right lol

Btw the police have already decided that this is not s criminal case. Meaning there is no "prosecution" as you put it. Her seeking anything for injuries would be a civil matter. Maybe your gma should have taught you a little more.

I don't like to fight anymore, but I deal hooks, jobs, straights, slams, and even kicks indiscriminately. Only people exempt are kids, the, handicapped individuals, and old people.

Just lol at letting someone bully you because they are smaller or a female.

That being said, I'm not going to do something that would potentially kill you. In this case, I would have pimp slapped her instead of slamming her to the pavement.

its very obvious that you don't know what muscle memory is.

that guy didnt slam her with a malicious intent, he slammed her because thats what he trained his body to do in situations like that when someone approaches you aggressively.

example: guy A and guy B get into a fight. guy A throws a punch at guy B. guy B knows how to box and immediately evades the punch and throws a counter hook, knocking guy A out cold.

would you say, that was a malicious intent?

no, obviously not.

the scenario in the video is no different.
The training is nothing, the will is everything. The will to act.

I dont really care. All im saying is the law is strict

Given my reasoning i bet she could win

Youd just have to prove he meant to do her harm and since he had other outlets, its very easy to do so.

Thats like saying you deserve to be shot for speeding

So, she can take him civilly.. great. Same chit

disagree. this was heat of the moment. and yes it was violent in appearance but this all started with her approach, which apparently was cut out of the video. keep that in mind.

this guy wasn't presented a list of options and choices. it was a reaction. anything otherwise is pure hindsight. this is nothing like getting shot for speeding. perhaps if he held her on the ground and gave her a few hits you could say he went way overboard. but he threw her down and walked away.

it was certainly rough and violent in the moment but i really think it was just a knee-jerk reaction entirely caused by her actions, and i believe him when he says the police sided with him

You're wrong bro. He didn't use excessive force. He stopped as soon as the threat stopped. Pushing her down isn't going to stop the threat. She was the aggressor and she was in the wrong, end of story. If I start swinging on Mike Tyson in a bar and he breaks my face in two, am I gonna win in court because he had out outlets? No, they are gonna say I'm stupid for attacking someone way more dangerous than me. Same for this girl. She had it coming and will hopefully learn not to act this way in the future. Just because I'm bigger and stronger or a better fighter than someone doesn't mean I don't have a right to defend myself, aka, stopping the threat.

Edit: Also, I trained Muay Thai for a few years, things like this absolutely are a reaction. If someone threw a kick at me, my leg came up to check it. I didn't think about it, it just happens. That's the point of training, to make it reflex.

Defend yourself = body slamming someone on concrete.. ok

And yes if a dude got into a fight and ultimately ended up killing someone when it wasnt necessary then he should be punished as well

No, if someone comes and takes a swing at me at the bar, and I hit him once and he hits his head and dies, I don't get charged. If he's down and I'm stomping his head, then I get charged. But if I end the threat and stop immediately then I'm fine. Same with this. She didn't die. You're emotionally invested and not thinking logically. You believe there is no right way for a guy to defend himself against a girl.

I have no duty to handicap myself in a fight. Nor does the gentleman in the video. You're wrong.

Not at all man. Just given the case presented it looks egregious

I think a girl can handle it when shes way out of line. But i also think there are cases when the dude is out of line too

As i said i wouldnt charge him with anything other than splitting the bills
