But individually his season hasn’t been that impressive. Middling QB numbers. A lot of rushing yards, but even with those added there’s other QBs with more yards and TDs.

Tua is very obviously carried by Tyreek. Dak didnt deliever in the biggest games of the season. Mccaffrey has another MVP candidate on the same offense.

Meanwhile, Lamar lost his best weapon and chugged along like nothing happened.

If Lamar has proven my doubts wrong about any one thing it's that he's managed stay healthier thus far in his career than I expected

But I can't imagine trying to mic drop for a QB with just 19 passing TDs and *only* two games to go
Miss me with total TDs because he's still outside the top 10

I went and looked up stats. I gotta say I feel like it should be CMC right now. Jaydawg gonna flip his sh*t but stats don't lie. CMC has almost as many total TDs as him and is leading rushing yards in the league by a country mile. I really think you need to factor in what others are doing at your position to really give an honest assessment for who brought more value.

I admit before I did a deep dive I would have said Lamar has it locked up. He's propped his team up well above expectations and that's hard to ignore but CMC just has the numbers tbh.

It's a shame he won't get it after the Ravens beat the 9ers. They'll use that as fuel for Lamar despite CMC going for over 100 rushing yards in it.

CMC is a much more realistic candidate than Purdy, especially after getting exposed monday night, but most realistic candidate i would support is Tyreek (over 2K yards). Or an elite defensive player

I would like to see a non-qb win mvp tbh. especially this year. Offense is down across the league

Am I missing something? Says he has 1641 yards. Unless you're projecting he'll surpass 2k yards? Not impossible but he's not technically even on pace.

Regardless, he is in the running for it as well alongside CMC. He's not a bad choice depending how the last couple games play out.
