Obviously all but #4 can be realized on a first date and you can go from there. Despite misc beliefs there are still girls out there that are normal with low kill counts. Towards the end of University our friend group had quite a few girls in it and half had less than 5 guys and were all relatively good looking.
Its just finding good girls, you want a one nighter go to the bar/club, if you want a GF you'll most likely find one in an extra curricular activity or large family function (no incest) for example.
This is just what ive noticed since I was 15 of what worked and what hasn't in my high school and university group of friends with girls...
1. Family orientated - makes a point of spending time with her close family
2. Goal orientated - mainly always trying to better themselves ie not lazying around watching Netflix and napping all weekend
3. Non attention seeker - if shes on Instagram or constantly taking selfies then run
