Anyone been through the College of Stoic Philosopher's courses? I recently completely the School of Essential Studies earlier this year and enjoyed it quite a lot. Taking a little break before I do the next program.

my stoic practice consists of remind myself that I'm going to die, iI do this as often as I can tolerate
it helps to mitigate my tendency to obsess or cling to things, my neediness ... I'm going to lose everything anyway lol

Enjoyed this thoroughly. Learned a lot about Roman emperors that I’d hardly heard of.

Does Stoic believe in God?
The ancient Stoics are pantheists. They believe that the cosmos is identical with God. Therefore, everything in the universe such as stones, trees, animals, humans, etc. are all parts of God.

I have so much stuff to read and watch now. I definitely need this, I tend to lose my **** in a lot of situations where it's not warranted at all.
My video about height - youtube.com/watch?v=j5Y6u53lVJM
My video about Arnold - youtu.be/eM0X_KyIYb8
