Anyone been through the College of Stoic Philosopher's courses? I recently completely the School of Essential Studies earlier this year and enjoyed it quite a lot. Taking a little break before I do the next program.

my stoic practice consists of remind myself that I'm going to die, iI do this as often as I can tolerate
