Go back and see who was retreating the whole fight

Mayweather the defensive and counter punching genious, just turned into a pressure fighter (who take damage to give damage, and even then he still barely got hit)

The only saving grace is "he's not a boxer duh!" Because if he was a pro boxer people would say it was a lopsided beating and total mismatch

he should've wrecked conor in the first 2 rounds then. conor was pushing the fight in the first 3 rounds, you can argue all you want about it being floyd's gameplan but he could not do anything to conor until gassed - floyd actually got caught a few times.

if floyd fought an mma fighter in an mma fight and somehow got to the 4th round after winning the first 2, would you say he did terrible and got smashed? logic not even once.

Why should he do that, when there's 12 rounds in a match for him to take advantage of with a more secure strategy (ie, what he always does)?

Why should a boxer do something that's just a worse plan to win a fight faster? Why shouldn't they play a smarter game?
