135 lb. barbell curls for sets? at 5'9" 200 lb. and 17 years old? mk. I'm the same exact stats, bench nearly 350 lb. and train biceps religiously and I can't even do that for one rep.


715 lb. leg press, knees to chest, for sets of 6? Yet 320 x 6 squat was a PR? Mk. I can squat 400 x 6 and deadlift 500+ and can't leg press that weight for sets knee-to-chest.


Eating this in one day, at 5'9" 207 lb. and 20% bf?
6 eggs (2whole/4white), oatmeal, banana, OJ
Deli Chicken breast sandwich on whole grain, granola bar, apple
Scoop of ON 100% Whey
Chicken breast (6oz.), brown rice, yam, granola bar
Scoop of ON 100% Whey

Sure, and I'm sure you're gonna post the link to it, right? And this isn't a totally baseless claim, right?


he also claimed to be deadlifted 465 for multiple sets of 6, at 17. I could do that at his age and 185 lb. so I didn't call it out but it still didn't add up to his other lifts. A 455 deadlift ain't proving chit.
