Yes... clearly they had no agenda whatsoever when they pulled that clip.

I honestly don't know why anyone watched corporate media. Its literally leftist (globalist) propaganda.

Whens the last time the "news" actually investigated anything? Actually went undercover? Actually did hard hitting reporting?

I remember back in the 80's and 90s you would see news teams conduct actual journalism.

Nowdays they are complete garbage.

They do expect media organizations to be honest.

I think there are many, many problems with the media. I don't think it can be discarded entirely as complete garbage.

A lot of the fluff, like the stuff about Trump and ice cream, is a consequence of the 24-hour news cycle. There just isn't that much to report on.

With regard to investigative journalism, it's really hard and time consuming. And there is investigative journalism coming out all the time, just not at any sort of rate to satisfy 24-hour news junkies. And journalists aren't unusual people. Like everyone else, as a whole, it's about doing the least amount of work possible and still getting paid.

Incompetence can explain the vast majority of what's going on, not some evil, "leftist" globalist propaganda. I don't quite understand that term, leftist, in this context. It is a really strange thing to say because the companies that own the large media organizations are capitalistic and interested in making a profit. The problem really isn't their political bent, but the concentration of power.

I would also say it is true a lot of the journalists for the major networks work and live in the big and major cities. It's true they don't have the exact same values, interests, and goals, as say, a rural, white, Trump voter who lives in the more sparsely populated areas of the U.S. That's okay. It's not the end of the world. Their only job is to tell the truth, report the facts, and if they do it, what's the big deal if they do it from Atlanta, Los Angeles, or New York instead of elsewhere?

There is a big difference between attending a party with an interviewee on the one hand and soliciting and receiving legal advice from an interviewee on the other. Hannity's real estate holdings aren't minor pieces of his financial portfolio. They were a big deal, significant. And when Hannity was reporting on the "raid" on Cohen and how terrible and awful it was, he did not inform his viewing audience that some of the documents legally obtained by the FBI were probably HIS documents. That's kind of big deal, and to brush it off as nothing more than a nothingburger is a little dishonest I think.

Point me to the string of tweets from the AP deleting a tweet that inadvertently painted Trump in a good light.

We both know, you won't be able to find one. Why? You are dumb enough to believe that it s a coincidence that they err on the side of believing negative stories about Trump/NRA/Republicans? We both know the truth, you just don't want to accept the reality.

And yes, it is leftist globalist propaganda. Even the BBC has succumbed to pushing the globalist's agenda (open borders, take in tons of refugees, anti-brexit propaganda nonstop, etc).

Liberals like Beo think that negatively reporting on a topic 93% of the time is normal, and unbiased.

They enjoy the extremely biased news, its their echo chamber and confirms their bias.

I accept there is bias. I do not accept that 100% of everything CNN reports is false. That's stupid, and I know you don't believe that either.

I agree. I think in terms of the long-term stability of our Republic having the media owned by a few powerful companies is not a good thing.
And yes, it is leftist globalist propaganda. Even the BBC has succumbed to pushing the globalist's agenda (open borders, take in tons of refugees, anti-brexit propaganda nonstop, etc).
There's nothing leftist about making money. National borders are obstacles to making money. Tariffs suck. Regulations suck. Not having the right person for the job sucks. Not having a worker you can pay at a lower cost than another work sucks. All that stuff gets in the way of profit. It's not a "leftist" kind of thing. This idea that people who want less restrictive trade and less restrictive immigration policies are necessarily leftists. That doesn't make any sense.
Liberals like Beo think that negatively reporting on a topic 93% of the time is normal, and unbiased.
I am not a liberal. I am a capitalist. like low taxes. I don't like Obamacare. I like the idea of an individual having the ability to start a small business without being hampered by government interference. This does not mean that I must then adopt stupid policies where it makes it harder for American businesses to sell their products overseas, or makes it harder for American business to find workers from abroad if they can't find any workers with sufficient skills here. That's dumb. It doesn't make any sense.

So, before I get negged by dozens of Trump supporters, the kind of policies I would propose is that in addition to allowing more RESPONSIBLE and CONTROLLED immigration I would also encourage policies that make sure Americans are educated and have the right skills to succeed in the NEXT century, not the last century...so we don't have to ask workers from abroad to come to the U.S. to conduct essential business activities. That doesn't make me a liberal or a communist or a traitor. That makes me...not...stupid.

Yes, there are a few policies where I deviate from the Trump party line. One of them is the automatic, KNEE JERK assumption than any unfavorable coverage of Trump is not true. That's stupid. That doesn't make any sens
They enjoy the extremely biased news, its their echo chamber and confirms their bias.

Here's the problem. Is all this negative coverage untrue? No, it's not. Trump does things that DESERVE to be criticized, that DESERVE to be covered in the news. It's not the responsibility of CNN to report FAVORABLE coverage of Trump. Only the truth.

Yes but they don't need to take extreme negative bias on things like scoops of ice cream, how he feeds fish abroad, and even the complete bs about mocking a disabled reporter.

While itMIGHTbe true, it is disingenuous at best
