The thing is there isn't a huge difference between 20 and 30% bf. It all looks close to same. But that 20 lbs of fat + large bone structure makes them them look waaaaayyy bigger. It's impossible to compete with these guys. 10 to 20 years ago most people were skinny. This obesity epidemic is just a more recent thing and now it's out of control

I am not a kid and you can keep wondering what I look like. I retired from the military after a life time of doing what I do. ZERO knee, ankle problems.

Oh and I don't know if lifting heavy is bad for your joints, but I use to to strap on 5 plats and do dips. And that was a bad idea. Really bad.

I don’t care about your past and what your job was...what do you weigh and what is your bf?

Ok, going to bed after this. Actually shutting the computer down right after this. I am 170 to 180 depending on how much Scotch I drank vs food I binge eat. Sure, sometime during that very same day this will change drastically. I am GUESSING anywhere from low 11 to mid 12% BF. Absolutely not posting a pic, don't even ask. If you don't believe, then you don't.

And I'll probably get banned for this, but really.

It's all about the face. Unless you are short or fat.

Just like I suspected, your approach to lifting was seriously misguided.

If you'd like to get back into it, PM me. I'd be happy to help

I think it'd be nice to know height, weight, and body fat percentage. Without height the weight doesn't give you a good idea of what you're working with.

I rarely see non-fat people over 200lbs, which makes sense because the world, like the misc, is full of boys trying to reach 200lbs to become a man

I think it really matters what your running mechanics are like and how well you can cushion the shock of running. Then again, I run 3 times a week, 3 miles per time, and sometimes sports. I've never had leg issues from running though.
