That article didnt suggest whether they knew she was underage beforehand or whether it came out after they filmed. Really, theyve opened up the floodgates. Prosecution team is just going ham to try and build their case

Yea, i still dont believe the owner(s) were this stupid. HOWEVER, the prosecution highlights some shady tactics within that process.

Supposedly the garcia guy, the recruiter, hired some woman from a local club to act as though she had been a former employee. And then tell the girls "look at me. I worked for them and nothing happened. You dont know my name"

Ive never seen whether theres different evidence, but the girls then say they were told all the distribution methods over the phone (convenient) as theres no record in written text. But, like i said, idk if they possibly have those conversations.

The girls suggest they were told they would be distributed only in small parts of europe. However, their info was leaked on a site called pornwiki or something like that and it had tons of followers and they found info on the girls and where they lived and stuff. So the prosecution is going ham on that infraction to insinuate that caused a massive chit storm. They say the owner knew about this site but did nothing about it

But if i were judge, im not sure why distribution matters. Though lying is a big deal. But taping in and of itself is a huge risk and even if it were distributed in europe. All it would take is some random joe blow to screen it or record it and put it on the internet and youre in the same spot anyways.

But theyre then throwing a whole bunch of other chit at them to aid them in their prosecution, and to both smear their character but also nail them on other stuff, including money laundering cause the main dude is from new zealand and new zealand has strict porn laws. So the owner created a bunch of companies to funnel the money to himself

There's lots of stories of women who did porn a couple of times and now they are widely distributed and there is nothing they can do about it. If a girl ever shoots a porn scene and thinks that it isn't going to be wide on the internet within months then she's incredibly naive but we already know a lot of these girls aren't known for their brains and just want the money. And then have regret. Some girls (or their boyfriends) work VERY hard at keeping their videos for pay only. But even they just give up eventually.

It's the same as women who sleep with producers for a part and then #metoo them years later.

Now, that being said these guys were pretty stupid about the process. Outright lying and having questionable recruiting tactics is a recipe for disaster, but these guys certainly aren't trafficking and don't deserve life in prison. If they did shoot a 16 year old then they deserve to be busted for child porn. I also watched more than one scene where the girl is obviously high and/or drunk out of their minds.
