Your example of people dealing in properties is exactly the same game that's been played since the beginning of times in every market in the world. You are an absolute pisshead moron with the stupidest username (read DUMB ASS DOUCHEBAG) I've ever come across. Your Customer User Title speaks absolute volumes about the high horse you are on. My modest Custom User Title has a message for you.

You should be on your knees thanking me for even replying to your drivel. I'll stop here (with you, like I did with that other biblical retard in this thread) but, wow. If you're going to try to talk specifics, be specific. Infantile morons like yourself who talk about the 'property market' have no stake in the game. Just another peasant riled up.
Now sit the fu*k down, pleb.

I'm curious where people ITT think the mortgage relief comes from. When I get mortgage relief and I pass that on to my tenants, do we assume the banks are just eating it? If you are a landlord and you take mortgage relief for no reason other than it being available, even if you pass it on to your tenant, you and your tenant are still going to make it up in taxes down the road.
If your tenant still has a job, they should pay rent. If you have a rent paying tenant, you should pay your mortgage. End of that story.
This isn't free money Friday. It's supposed to be about helping those who fall on hard times.
Inb4 the Fed prints my entire thesis into irrelevance.

"The manlet is a savage beast that knows no moral bound. After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. They are ruthless and you need to spend some more time in the gutter to even begin trying to comprehend what goes on in their minds."
Hurt by the aleeboy and need to cope? Go here for hugs: https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showthread.php?t=178724011

Pretty sure that dude has a combination of aspergers and psychotic delusions of grandeur or something
Spouts a lot of fancy words stringed together, and still manages to say nothing
Will take a perma ban if he can prove he's not a fat larping neck-beard redditor tbh

It doesn't work like that. Having a defferal mortgage also means the bank will want their money back eventually but at a high interest.

Lots of retardation in this thread from plebs angry that they have to pay rent. But that's nothing new on this forum; when real high income brahs post anything there's tons of cope.

Must be nice being a bank. You get renters to bail you out.

This is exactly why the government is gonna rain down money from helicopters. So many people are living paycheck to paycheck that under these circumstances people won't be able to afford rent and other things. This will quickly turn to anarchy if money isn't injected immediately for all the lost jobs. There is not nearly enough people/resources to deal with millions of people at each others throats over even just rent let alone everything else that could precipitate from this. This is just the beginning as well. Wait until the hyper inflation hits and your money start losing value before you can spend it. Pepper your angus' this is gonna be one interesting year. Be safe boyos!
