Yeah the love addiction and the ED feed on each other. A guy would result in my restricting my eating to lose weight for him, and then he would break it off and I'd start binging and sometimes purging.

When I stop dating I get really depressed, so I track how much I talk/text men on a daily basis in a diary card for my therapist.

I went 6 months no contact all men 2x, once in 2013 and once in 2016. Both were TOUGH and I had sponsors to help me. I had to block the men and it was rough but I got so much done during that time

My last few posts in the Matches thread were about seeing guys over 50, but even they create a lot of stress tbh.

One was a guy from my high school and he blocked me out of the blue on my daughter's birthday because he "didn't want to hurt me" as he had moved out of state. I went through a horrible withdrawal for over a month until I started talking to him again, but then he found a new local gf in April and blocked me again.
