Pretty much anything with cheerleaders. Literally twerking in bikinis.

To be clear, I have no problem with that. If I did, I wouldn't take a child to such an event. I don't think cheerleaders or sporting events should be banned or age restricted.

He's right. A lot of people are denying the existence of trans folks entirely or marginalizing lgbt people. There has been a huge amount of hostility toward trans people even though most do not act like the ones you see on libsoftiktok.

I will also point out that there are probably several drag queens from drag queen story hour who simply do want to help people and also view themselves as being a role model for kids to understand it is ok to be lgbt. That's all fine, but I think it would be better if they were properly dressed while doing so.

Refusing to honor a basic dress code is not something to be celebrated imo.

Even if you call it mentally ill or not, it doesn't dismiss its reality. Nor does it dismiss the empirical treatments. Conversion therapy has been ineffective. A man who thinks he is a woman is an mtf at the end of the day. That person is a trans woman. You can say that's not a real woman. True. It doesn't change what they are though. Life doesn't always neatly dichotomize everything. There are abnormalities in biological development, both pre and post gonadal differentiation. I believe many trans people are the result of those post differentiation abnormalities.

They are still people. They still should have rights and be treated with respect.

Also overt hatred is a very wide spectrum with one end being advocating for the violent extinction of all trans and gay people which I do not recall ever seeing here.

The entire purpose for this is to get protestors to come out in maga hats so they can make them look like bigots. These politicians dont care about trans people or kids or storytime or any if this nonsense.

People need to just put these foolish attempts on ignore and dont show up to protest. They will stop doing them once they realize its not getting the desired media phot ops they wanted.

I hate freaks who do that, but if a drag queen dresses normally and decides to read age appropriate material to kids in his ph4gg0ty voice to help them learn, what is wrong with that?

Nothing at all. Huge difference between that and twerking and showing your balls to kids.

Even if a drag queen is dressed abnormally but still fully dressed and otherwise just reading age appropriate stuff, I have no problem with that.
