Over the past couple weeks, it makes me realize why most people just dump their money in index ETF's and ignore it. Such less stress to endure. I think I need to take a break from active trading, getting burned out and probably not making smart decisions.

Sold (because I'm a retard) then re-entered recently mid-$500's.

We're fully integrated but I suppose you could say we're big into refining. Nanticoke & Sarnia (has chem plant) in Ontario and Strathcona in Edmonton where I'm at. Strathcona is the largest in western Canada and coincidentally the most profitable in the world.

Kearl, Syncrude, and Cold Lake for upstream, although Cold Lake crude is more so for asphalt products. Imperial 50/50 with XOM owns XTO Energy that do stuff and things in Montney & Duvernay gas plays.

We're 70% owned by XOM and fully embedded within them. We never seem to really make big plays, always greenfield projects. Share price is usually very stable because of it.

Fml again, bought 190 shares x 54.5,held them 10 days ,sold right at 54.5 an it started to rise.bought back 50 shares x 85
Got exhausted being on edge with 5k on checking,wanted bit more,cost me 30k profits if sold tomorrow at 200
Still got bunch at 133, 101, 235
Also amc 1400@13.5 ,will dump them if they break even and buy gme
It was frustrating month with 80% down especially being first trading experience.
Anyway ,if I get to make profits will dump in btc at next correction
