China, for example, had a well known birthrate problem that the govt tried to solve by making it illegal to make more than 1 child. it obviously failed, but china's birthrate organically declined as the country continued to increase the standard of living as a result of the amount economic power it amassed recently.

Employment at bigger places might be trickier, easier to do this if you are good with being self-employed/contractor, or if you can get your starting fake docs w/your real name so that you can use your existing degree. That would probably be harder to do though.

Despite what some politicans say, there definitely needs to be a legit upper limit set, there cannot be an unlimited number of refugees assimilated. By the way, the total number arriving refugees is declining. The goal should be completely eliminating the causes of migration and flight.
