This argument is so stupid. We ask you non-black people not to say ONE word out the whole english language and it just burns yall up for some unknown to me reason. Tell me in your community how many of your teachers in your young influential years where black and when did you start to learn about blacks as whole outside of tv where we are all thugsters? The N-word is irrelevant to me, its just a word. I always ask which one is the racist in the context of the actual term racist. A white business owner who hires blacks yet has the balls to call the them the Nword, yet still promotes and pays appropriately or a white business owner with the kindest of demeanor to blacks yet never hires any. Racism when seen from whites has a lot of exclusion to make sure that most folk don't get caught up in it, so it has been reduced to some bad mouthing guy saying mean things. President Roosevelt is a loved man who help in WW2 etc, yet we can all agree that he was an extreme racist due to the Jim Crow laws he continued and the segregation of Blacks. The biggest problem with racism and its institutionalization is that it because part of everyday life that you can't see it or even know its a problem. If say for a example a company requires that upper level management get a recommendation letter from others from upper level and its only filled with whites then chances are no other race will be in that inner circle of friends.

I believe personally myself and no other, that white people fear to listen or address the ills of racism because discussing it unveils them. What I mean by that is if you are my little brother and when we where kids I asked you to make sure some contraption or whatnot was locked, yet you didn't and I ended up losing an eye, finger or toe. Every time someone asked me what happened I have to narrate the story which in turn unveils what you did, which makes you feel very uncomfortable, chances that you will want to hear that story are slim, the more you hear it the more you want to distance yourself from it in varying ways. One of the many effects racism has had on the white folks is their inability to be remorseful or feel anything for black people in anyway, look at most threads involving blacks getting killed, the very idea that death is ultimate and not a thing to praise doesn't even come to mind. Look at the lynching pictures with the smiling whites or my favorite the burning ones with the smoke hitting the crowd and they just stand laughing. I mean that dead man flesh in your face and you are laughing about dead man flesh smell in your face, you can say what you want about the Nazis, but dead man flesh smell in your face being delicious is the stuff of Jehovah.
