He did it on purpose, he made Connor go full aggressive and think he would get somewhere but it was only gassing him out. Notice after round 5 it was all downhill for him... Lmao at thinking you have to win a certain match by x rounds especially in such a light weight class. They don't have power like Tyson to knock people out in the first round and they're way too fast to land a huge haymaker.

The fact this went 10 rounds is a big enough embarrassment for Floyd in it's self.

Everyone knew Floyd would win but Conor managed to keep is competitive early on.

Yup Mayweather was playing defense and feeling him out in earlier rounds waiting for him to tire himself out, then go on offensive in later rounds. Only reason why McGregor looked good was it looked like the long arms and jab threw off Mayweather a bit. If McGregor was landing hard punches he might've had a chance. If the guy didn't have the stamina to go 12 rounds why even fight? Guy was gassed by the 7th round. Mayweather just a far more powerful puncher than McGregor.

He scammed his way into a pay-per-view event with a purse for himself larger than he could get in an entire MMA career and it didn't matter if he won or lost to Mayweather.

MW landed 3-4 solid shots in a row that very obviously staggered him. I think the 5th shot would be pure brain damage and nothing else. . The cut must of been hard on Mcgregor those punches were weak with no snap. Dont get the hate on Mayweather, Connor has always had suspect endurance, would be a fool not to use it to your advantage. Glad I didn't waste a 100 on this fight tho, Connor was kinda cringey lol.

Lol if you think floyd was going to knock him out early, he's not Mike Tyson, he's 40 and didn't even want to risk get hurt in a fight that has set him up for the rest of his life.

His strategy was always let him wear himself out and chase the ko in the later rounds, it's boxing strategy.
