Some **** bucket broad dumped me in college and I just worked out like a mad man. Got pretty strong and fairly callous towards women, and as a result was much more forward with them and it worked out pretty well. Porked a lot of hot chicks in that stretch, had more than one and even two girlfriends at one point.

Anyhow, three months later my ex ended up getting dumped because the new guys mom hated her and I told her to **** off because it was more fun to boink randoms.

This would be a good case for being stoic, going NC and staying NC when **** hits the fan and a breakup happens. Yes going NC on a girl you were with for 3 years is easier said than done, but you need to tough it out or you end up seeing her getting slammed by a middle aged dude.

I'd say Rule 1a of No Contact is don't look at the person's social media. It's almost as bad as talking to the person themselves.
