Can't blame them, if their entire goal for working out is to appear more attractive to guys.

No one cares if a girl has built arms, or shoulders, or even abs. But a nice ass makes a good difference. So if a girls goal is to appear more attractive to guys is their only goal, then working out anything other than their ass would be a waste of time.
