Having seen many men and women come through my gyms over the years, what lifting really does is

1. improve posture,
2. improve confidence and
3. gives them a hobby where they meet people and
4. become more interesting.

Take the best-looking person and have the walk around slumped over and feeling sorry for themselves, and they're not going to stir anyone's loins. Have them stand up straight, greet people with a smile and some positive words, and they became more attractive. Lifting improves people's posture and confidence. The postural improvement comes from strength, the confidence comes from the fact that t have any success in the gym, at some point things get hard and you push on through and learnI can do difficult things simply because I decided to; and of course, success in the gym requires that the person organise sleep and food outside the gym, and being organised also builds confidence. Confident people are more attractive than unconfident people, and confident people are more likely to approach others rather than sitting in a corner grunting at people.

The gym also expands a person's social circle, giving them more chances to meet someone they're interested in and who might be interested in them. And even if they don't find someone within that social circle, the simple fact of their social circle increasing also improves their confidence.

Lastly, most people are fairly boring. They have no love for their job and no hobbies. Surfing instagram and saying "you go girl!" and masturbating to porn aren't hobbies, they're just passing time. A hobby is something which the person dedicates time to and which they try to get better at. Someone being interested in something is more interesting than someone being bored by everything. Even the pudgy old guy prattling on about his model trains is more interesting than the guy staring down at his phone flicking through his phone. Lifting makes people more interesting.

Obviously, lifting is not the only thing which can do these things. Other things can improve posture and confident, expand someone's social circle and improve their confidence.

You need to stop, things that apply to others don't apply to you, because you're ugly.

It’s all a bit harsh. I think most start browsing with good intentions of self help but it turns into a big black hole that takes them whole.

It’s VERY important to remind yourself that we have ALL seen a 3/10 with a 8/10.

It’s not dooms day if you’re too short, sure you might not be every girls first pick but you don’t have to be first pick to be successful.

Stick to the numbers game method and ALL with find something.

Don’t try at all and you’ll find nothing.

Didn't read thread, just here to say that incels ruined the misc, please go back to 4chan/reddit. Misc went from the Chad Masterrace forum of the internet to incelville. As members of a bodybuilding site you should all already know if you work hard in the gym and gain aesthetics and therefore more confidence, women are easy to pick up, stop making excuses, it's all in your head, work on your weaknesses and use yours strengths to attract women. Now there's even tinder etc. so you don't have the excuse of not being able to talk to women, just get jacked and **** sluts, stop overthinking it, women will sense this weakness in you and weak men don't get laid.

I really dont know how some people find it this easy. Had a friend tell me this a few weeks ago too(tall good looking white guy for whatever thats worth), but this just is not the world I live in. Women at bars have plenty of options, they dont just pick unattractive guys

It really depends where you're going. Some areas are just really stuck up imo and most dudes won't find any success there. In any case, if you're not yoloing and talking to random chicks you're not gonna get much done.

I'm not an incel, but I get a lot of their frustrations. Namely, hookup culture making dating mostly pointless. I've always been old-fashioned, would prefer one good, loyal girlfriend rather than fuking a bunch of randoms. It just seems like more effort stringing along a roster than it does being loyal and committed to one good person. But time and again it seems like the less invested I am, the harder they try, and it all seems so immature. All this fake BS, everyone too chickensh!t to be real or get hurt. Once I realize playing games is the key with a chick, I lose all interest in her. "Oh, you want me to be a vague sociopath?"

I'm sure a lot of females feel the burn of it, too. But in my experience, every girl has many options by default, whereas for men, we have to make our own options.
