Well at least he's not manipulative.

Let's analyse your reply to him. You open with "Hardly anyone?", but then you never actually backup your point...

You follow up by citing the thread title, which is one utterence. Then your second point is that the prison sentence is what the whole thread is based on, which implies a starting point / foundation, and discussion can and often does move beyond it's starting point. Furthermore, your use of the word based actually skirts around the issue of whether or not the bulk of discussion is about the prison sentence.

So, imo, you either genuinely misinterpreted SamsBolton, or you're a devious little kent, and based on when I've crossed paths with you previously I'm wagering it's the latter.
