And im sure a big part of it is olfactory fatigue. There have been countless times i thought had nothing more than a skin scent and have someone say OMG YOU SMELL GOOD!

I cant imagine a single situation where I could pull something like that off. Way too tropical for this midwestern fella.

Zara RWA Tobacco Collection is about as tropical as I go, only because that smells like a suntan lotion.


Speaking of L4L, I need one of you brosephs to order some of that Peace of Mind they just released. It's a clone of my favorite Bond Scent of Peace and I'm dying to know how close it is.

I wouldn't write it off based solely on that. GIT is one of the Creeds that i experienced more batch variation than even Aventus. I also have an old GIT that appears to have turned. If you have an opportunity, try it out at a store before you write it off.

Totally understand you. With the weather here it's magical. I can wear this often here but I choose to keep it as a special scent. Even so I've got quite a few comments on it.

Anyone here have experience with Xerjoff Mefisto? Blind bought a 30ml and Im "meh" about it. It doesn't rock my world like aventus or Elysium does. I wore it today and got a compliment from an older lady asking what "perfume" I had on since she wanted to get it for herself. Some guys said this was supposed to be a better version of Creed silver mountain water lol. Now I'm debating if I should keep or sell

VIW does only last 4 hours on me. I become anosmic earlier than that, and usually gauge performance by whether my mrs can still smell it on me.

This being said, I still agree with coalbrah saying its about average performance for a freshie - my skin usually blasts through frags that aren't performance beasts and 4-5hrs is around my average performance for a freshie.

I had years ago. It was a bit more floral than SMW to me which was off putting for me. I had one of those 15 ml discovery atomizers that i won in a raffle. I eventually got rid of it. As for the debate, there are too many frags out there, if you don't like it, sell it. Only reason to keep it is if the older lady is someone you will be around a lot and you want to impress her
