Like I said worst case I lose 400 bucks. When you're mucking around down in garbage land for 30 cent warrants you're not going to come away with many great companies hahaha.

Think the company still has potential so holding onto some shares still.
SHLL is has way higher upside than what you sold for. Don't understand taking small profits when the merger is next month.

It just represented way too much of my portfolio (had 25k in it) which made me nervous. I have way too much money in SPACs overall so want to trim it down and take some profits when possible. Still have the 300 shares for the potential upside.
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

I'm just gonna ride GRAFW to the moon. Heaney when do you think they'll start going at intrinsic value??? They are still valued $2 per warrant under share pricing.... Have they announced a merger date yet or anything?

Hard to say because there are some brokers that still list them at 2:1 rather than 4:3. I'm 7700 warrants deep now so I'm hoping that they get sorted out sooner than later.

No merger date announced.

Why is it that every single god damn time I place a limit order on GRAF and hit submit, the price shoots up? It's not a coincidence, it happens every time.

Best time to get into graf is around noon or shortly before close is what I've noticed. Do not pull a me and buy PM/right at open or you'll get rekt.

Updated their 8-K yesterday evening with the SEC and it reiterates the warrants being 4:3. Hopefully see some movement now. It was up AH today even though the share went down.

I am... why is volume so high today? Also, the warrants still seem really low relative to underlying??? Current valuation should be $6 no??

Trying to fill in my bag from OPES. Unfortunately I sunk a lot more into OPES than I did into graf

EDIT: Is it because Luminar is going public or something? People all running to buy into SPAC companies or something??

Almost doubled my position at about 3.4

Not sure what the catalyst was today but graf, shll, lca and fmci all had sizeable bumps.

Intrinsic value of the warrants @ 19.20 would be $5.78 so trading at a $2.40 discount

well I might be retarded but seeing massive profits today on SHLL and being impatient I sold off the remainder of my position for a total of 7k profit. If it dips significantly again before the merger I might buy back in.

LCA also finally all in the green for me and I trimmed a little of my position to take some profits on both the commons and warrants.

Account value is now up about 30k compared to like 3 weeks ago. Being patient and not panic selling finally paying off (at least for now lol).

Everything goin good in SPAC land for me except OPES at this point... jesus they need to get their chit together

Merger/proposal for CCH/UTZ has passed.... trading @$16.12 right now

Will easily go up $2-$4 if you want a safe easy play

Ticker change from CCH to UTZ probably within a week

Edit - Profit takers jumped out but now the upswing is happening, great dip to buy in at right now.

I truly dont understand profit takers so close to ticker change aka the biggest catalyst for a spac. I guess there are FREE and HOFV examples of smart profit taking but anyone with half a clue saw those 2 were doomed.

Just a heads up for SPAC brahs. Yesterday the SEC approved a new type of direct listing where companies can simultaneously go public and raise cash from public market investors. Supposedly it's a cheaper IPO alternative which may take demand away from SPACs.

Picked up a couple new things today:

GMHI - 900 shares @ $11.08 and 1000w @ $2.60 - Luminar LIDAR company working with volvo among others. Think it's been compared to GRAF if I'm not mistaken

TRNE - 300 shares @ $11.06 - Desktop Metal - mass 3d printing tech company

first SPAC plays I've made in awhile since it seemed like SPACs were kinda dying out for awhile, but after doing some profit taking I had some $ to play around with

Ahh graf. My little money whore. How much more milk will you give me? Feels good being in since 10.50 with dozens of 1000-2000 share flips in between. Tax man is gonna want my head next year.
