I’m wondering if there’s effects that just won’t ever go away like this, or even potentially lead to other complications over time. Recovery isn’t so simple brahs.
For now, just do the treadmill ,stairclimber, and bike.. Go super slow and build yourself back up.. Don't worry about lifting. Get your lungs strong first. Be well,be safe

Oh ****, do you think that's why? I think COVID used to be more severe than it is now. Not sure if that's true though.

Was for me srs. 2 days of moderate flu, 4 days of minor energy reduction, then back to the gym doing the same numbers I was the week before. Guess you're just built different

Nonsense. Next you're going to tell me that Mike O' Hearn and the rock aren't natty.
“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."
