Not taking a pic because I didn't lift during quarantine and haven't lifted much even after lockdown

I may stick with this for a while man. Plus gyms are packed from what my friends say, and having to wait for equipment was one of my biggest gripes.

I also noticed that, for myself, sticking to relatively heavy compounds till failure, good form, regular sleeping schedule, high nutrition diet, and low stress really works wonders. I think I look better now training 3x a week than I ever did in the past training 5-6 days a week and doing twice as many exercises. I was most likely overtraining back then.Same. Different folks, different strokes I guess. What works well for me might not work so well for you. You have to find a system that works best for you. No point sitting around judging others on how they choose to live their lives.
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*

*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*

*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*

Also, legit not sure why brahs are giving you crap. Nothing wrong with enjoying the gym, enjoying the process, and finding ways to make it fun and exciting for yourself. You look great.
I don't see why training for a little bit extra requires you not to be able to spend time doing anything else, those two things are not mutually exclusive. I mean, prior to lockdown I'd been spending 4+ hours daily doing some form of physical activity, and then on weekends I'd be doing 5-8. Granted, the large majority of my hobbies are physical activities.

With the right periodization model you can train 7 days a week.

Some people just like lifting? WTF kind of stupid question is this. Not everyone wants to be 220lbs and 8% BF.
Nothing wrong with exercising everyday assuming your training volume/diet is in order.
