Pretty much all symptoms gone.
My tips from what I've learned.
On the moment of any signs of symptoms, Fever, sore throat, uncontrollable cough: make an appointment with a doctor and have them prescribe:
1. Ivermectin (I felt this thing destroyed whatever virus I had)
2. Decadron (This was super necessary , it help stop my incessant cough and allowed me to breathe way better.
I'd say that would be your priority do get on the fast track of kicking covid. Then this:
3. NAC 600mg twice a day (immune support and kidneys antioxidant)
4. Quercetin 800mg (This saved my lungs)
5. Vitamin D
6. Vitamin C
7. Zinc
Last advice is to just eat and not let the taste or lack there of effect your nutrition. Loved me some lentil soup, and pasta, just good wholesome food. Had lots of oranges, apples, and grapes.
Drank a least half a gallon of water each day, and I loaded up on a drink called body armour, it has vitmain B and hydration stuff.
Other than that, I binged GAme of Thrones and deleted instrgram (best move ever).
Thanks to everyone in this thread, it was pretty bleak the first 4 days because I had no clue on how to help myself. Once I got a hold of that stack, it put my anxiety to ease and was sleeping way better at night.
WE'RE ALL GOING TO MAKE ITTTTTTTTTTTT, much love to all you guys. And don't worry Covid a'int all it's cracked out to be, unless you're an anomaly.

I have a pill on my desk right now, thinking to take it once a week as a preventative measure, but there are quite a bit of potential minor side effects I'm not too keen about.
Edit: took the pill, now we wait

Also, I 've been back in the gym pushing myself, squatting deadlifting, pullups and the strength coming back fast. Covid didn't wreck my internals at all.

Literally all I did was rest and I was fine a few days later….albeit total loss of smell/taste for weeks (about 70% recovered now).
Crazy chit.
