All you can really do is either accept it and find other things in life. My wife's cousin is 5'4.5". He's a 35 yr old incel living at his parents. He genuinely seems happy now though. His late 20s he was clearly depressed and still trying so hard for women. Now that he's given up and seems to have found peace. He plays his guitar, creates art, is a fantastic uncle/cousin/friend. There really is more to life. Obviously it's are greatest biological drive, but you can be happy without.

The height alone shouldn't doom someone to inceldom, it just makes it harder. I know two guys around that height. One is a former personal trainer who's just barely 5'4. He's engaged to a cute blonde who's 5'3 who he's known since high-school. Granted the guy has a decent face, is fit, and is highly charismatic, but the point is there are things that can compensate for the limitations.

You already know I agree with you, but being a 5'3" ethnic, as in OPs case, is certainly a limitation. He could overcome the odds, but he rather quit. I'm just pointing out you can still live a fulfilling life without women.

I was at the club on NYE, and I saw many guys shorter than me leaving with some pretty tasty women.

I think the lads are right on here, some of the biggest slayers I've known or guys I see going home with girls from the club are like 5'7 - 5'10
