Lots more latino mormons than you think. They recruit heavily from the latin communities and do mission trips. My ex went to BYU and her mom was full up Mormon. Both Latina.

Another Mormon I hung out with briefly had a Peruvian wife and 2x 1/2 Peruvian kids.
