New supplements I added to my stack

I've been busting nuts you could fill 3 shot glasses with, it's not even normal the amount of cum i produce at 35 years old (lookin 20 and feelin like a horny 13 year old again )

l-citrulline shilajit catuaba bark and muira puama + naturesplus source of life liquid gold multivitamin (expensive but the best in the world and it's not even close)

3000mg schisandra daily too... this is biohacking at its finest keeps my liver as good as new no matter how much alcohol i drink

Might add some NAC too... soon.

You should research everything mentioned m8 and take high doses of L-citrulline everyday to get those blood vessels dilated and ur nitric oxide levels high which increases absorption even further plus it gets rid of ammonia uric acid and metabolic waste 

do some serious research on schisandra makes ur skin glow and it's good for ur kidneys liver lungs everything... these are all hidden secrets the shit that actually works L-arginine is poorly absorbed but i take that too with beetroot extract just to get the blood flowing even more

but the multivitamin is absolutely the best in the world, no doubt. Worth every penny but shits expensive NGL wish it was cheaper

Diet (most will use the Mediterranean diet) and exercise are key for treating fatty liver. Dandelion root is great for your liver health but it's not going to get rid of it.

I've got dandelion root powder too. Great for ur liver kidneys pancreas and my cousin had edema so i made a herbal tea with it and juniper berries (another duiretic) it didn;t just help... she was cured


the idea u can't cure urself or some things are irreversible... lmao no. I can cure anything except death

Good suggestion tho add dandelion root extract to the stack

edit: i made a strong concoction brewed overnight and filled an empty 2ltre bottle of coke with it and told her drink 1 small glass every night before bed. she was amazed at how quickly it worked

I got the same results with test; got worse or better depending on how my girlfriend feels when I added deca and proviron to keep SHBG in check which jacked up my libido significantly due to stupidly high free test.

Yes boron 2mg for a while didn;'t do anything noticeable tbh but there's science behind it it definitely does boost ur test just not significantly enough for me to feel any difference

Over 20 years of lifting I;ve tried every supplement u can imagine just for curiosity sake including all that u listed and narrowed it down to what was in the OP i would never be without any of them now srs especially the multi
