Should I try to smash girl who is Latinx, Psychology & Gender Studies Major who was on a Sexual Assault Committee?

This girl wants to lease an apartment I am marketing right now. She's 23 and about to begin Law School next year. Extremely cute girl, and very pleasant and kinda flirty in her conversations. Yes you should definitely continue the cool story bro, maybe add some high stakes action adventure stuff in there like you and her plan to heist a valuable artifact from a columbian museum owned my a dangerous cartel member? A bit more character development maybe? A jealous ex lover, the cartel boss perhaps? Might add a bit more entertainment for us at least.

Lol, in this capacity I'm acting as a Leasing Agent.

Long story short, I'm currently i the process of developing a high rise with one of my clients. And one of the parcels for this project is an apartment building. In order to guarantee that the building would be vacant by the time we need to begin the project, my Partner/Client needed to sign a Master Lease for the entire building, and I am the person doing all of the shorter term leases for him.
