Anthony will get life with the possibility of parole. They might get hin on 1st degree because he carried the knife to school but more likely 2nd, possible manslaughter.

I guess the lawyer they hired is a really chitty one and is messing up in court already.

I think the family wants him to get put away so they can milk the sympathy for their own gains. I think some parents let their children into dangerous situations or promote risky behavior because they think they could gain from it. Growing up when we were 16, dude I knew, his father got him a Honda CBR900 (which was one of the baddest bikes at the time) and then said "I upped his life insurance to a $250,000 just in case. That's a quarter million son" and we laughed because we were stupid teenagers but looking back, what an ass of a father. Yeah, dark humor is my thing but if you really felt it was that dangerous, why wouldn't you NOT get your son a bike that is more for experienced riders that can easily get away from you. He ended up selling it and getting a Mustang with a roll cage, I bet his dad was bummed about that.

Where I live now most of my neighbors are Asian or African. I have no issues. The last murder in this town happened about 70 years ago. There is literally no crime here. People leave their doors unlocked and open all day. Not me though. I grew up in the ghetto.

My race doesn't matter. Neither does theirs. No one's race matters. But there is a case to be made about how blacks were brought in and exploited, and now we all have to deal with the fallout. It's quite apropos, if one believes in karma.

I explicitly said:

This means that the SCHOOL didn't hear about these interactions; meaning, the KIDS didn't report it to the school. The shoving happened, and they just went on their way without reporting it to the school. It's not that the school didn't contact the parents (they absolutely would); it means the school didn't get made aware of the situation in the first place. Pretty wild that I had to explain this to you.

The last 10 years of school shootings breakdown by race:

Hispanic 3/10
White 5/10
Black 2/10

And that's not even including Orland Harris, another black student that thankfully was taken out swiftly, after killing 2 and wounding 7 more.

So in the last decade, whitey is under represented in school shootings per populous despite your false claim.

These stats are per Mother Jones, a lefty publication. They only include random mass shootings (3 or more killed excluding the killer) and not gang related shootings.
