ended up going for a 45 min hike in the woods this evening, worked for 4-5 hours this morning too cutting before it got too hot. Probably 1200cals at least burned today.

Ate one bowl of seafood chowder(600ish cals?), 6 eggs(450cal), and a large bowl of homemade chili my neighbour gave me(700ish?), piece of garlic bread with it(250cal), and finishing off the evening with a can of oysters(100cal). Weight is dropping rapidly but I dont feel depleted or lethargic yet which is strange. maybe the refuel day i did helped
